Environmental Services

Housekeepers

Our Environmental Services staff will provide daily housekeeping services that include:
- removal of trash
- cleaning the restroom
- wiping the tables
- mopping the floor.
Blue cleaning cloth is for restrooms only. Green is used in patient rooms and other areas. This system is utilized to ensure the safest cleaning process for our patients.
If there is a housekeeping need in your room, please contact the EVS phone at 870-936-8760, and it will be taken care of as soon as possible.

Linen

NEA Baptist Memorial Hospital is committed to serving your needs. Your nursing team will assess the need for linen changes.

For your comfort, we will straighten your bed linen as needed or change them any time you request.

Most patient rooms are equipped with a sofa bed, couch or recliner for overnight guests.

Please ask a staff member for assistance or if you are in need of overnight linen for guests.
