MEDICATION MANAGEMENT

Managing your medications is very important to us. All medications you take while in the hospital are prescribed by your provider, dispensed by the hospital pharmacy and administered by a nurse. Patients are not permitted to administer their own medications or keep personal medications at their bedsides, unless ordered by your provider. Please let your nurse know if you brought medications with you.

Before you are discharged, your nurse will review your medications with you.
If you have questions, please discuss them with your provider or a member of your treatment team.
