Your admitting registered nurse will ask questions about your diet to help identify your dietary needs.  Further assessment may be completed by a dietician based on your history or needs identified.  Nutrition recommendations are communicated to your provider.  The diet you receive is ordered by your provider.  Your care team will follow you throughout your hospital stay and reassess for nutrition risks and needs.  You will receive a menu specific to your diet.  If you would like to discuss your meal preferences or changes to your meal please contact the dietary office by dialing 6-1003 from your room or 870-936-1003 from your mobile phone.
